Online orders please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

Orders are shipped and can be tracked through UPS.

Pre Orders takes up to 4 WEEKS to SHIP OUT ! You cannot expedite PRE ORDERS! You can choose speedy delivery once the order is shipped ! Please contact us directly to inquire about the dates of arrival !

I DO NOT CANCEL OR REFUND ANY ORDERS AFTER PURCHASE especially PRE ORDERS due to me having to order the product immediately after your purchase . 

Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY! Weekends and Hoildays are excluded. Orders placed outside of business days will be shipped the following BUSINESS DAY!

FASHION FIX BY DIOR is NOT responsible for any stolen or lost packages! All orders are covered with $100 SHIPPING INSURANCE THROUGH UPS! Please contact them if you have any concerns on a missing package! I do not handle any missing packages after being shipped!
